The SHARE “Peer Multiplier Training” (PMT) for higher education managers in the field of Teaching and Learning and External Quality Assurance.
4 – 7 June 2018 | Jakarta, Indonesia

Representatives from ONESQA (Dr.Somyot Cheejaeng, Dr.Suchaya Sangcharoon and Ms.Suparang Intoon) have joined the project SHARE “Peer Multiplier Training” (PMT) – Training-of-Trainers Seminar for experts in the field of Teaching and Learning (track 1) & External Quality Assurance (track 2) during 4-7 June 2018 Le Meridien Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia.

This project aimed to 1) build up a pool of local/regional trainers 2) enable capacity maintenance and dissemination in the long run 3) Promote the development and follow-up of topics discussed in Result Area 2 such as QA standards and mechanisms, qualifications frameworks, outcome-based education and learning outcomes, internationalisation, recognition of degrees and prior learning etc.

Moreover, this project aimed to empower ASEAN participants who were selected by SHARE to act as trainers and facilitators, enabling them to conduct their individual multiplication projects in the field of teaching and learning or external quality assurance, for the sake of higher education development in the ASEAN region.

Upon completion of the instruction, the SHARE peer multipliers were entrusted with sharing and disseminating the core values and methodologies of the project amongst their ASEAN peers. They will thereby became strategically placed trainers with the tools and capacities to ensure the long-term sustainability and continuity of the promoted ideas and knowledge about qualifications frameworks and quality assurance, corresponding to the principle of peer-to-peer multiplication.
