To recruit qualified external assessors, ONESQA has designed the assessors’ recruitment and development framework (Table 1), as well as, developed a training module to provide both theory and practice in accordance with core competencies such as having knowledge of EQA guidelines, giving recommendations, and behavior in assessment practice. The training will cover the development of those competencies using Module1 IQA System, Module 2 EQA Assessment, Module 3 EQA Guidelines, Module 4 Training, and Module 5 Trainee.

Once the assessors have passed all 5 modules and have been certified, they will be provided with a license to serve as an external assessment expert of ONESQA. Moreover, ONESQA has created a platform for learning exchange mechanism between educational institutions to share good practices between each other. With this, it creates a sustainable QA Professional Learning Center.
